Amy Armstrong brings over 10 years of mortgage underwriting and origination experience, including her tenure at Texas Mortgage Capital Corporation. Since 2022, she has served as Loan Booking Manager for SecureNet Loan Services, overseeing loan set-up, borrower and lender requirements, and reporting across the Fund’s loan operations platform. She is also a licensed Real Estate Agent, respected by buyers and sellers alike for her attention to detail and ethical standards.

Lauren Clinkscales serves as Portfolio Manager, bringing two decades of program and operational leadership from her role as Director of the Global Programs Office at a major business school. Her experience overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder programs and operating budgets translates directly to disciplined portfolio oversight and investor relations.

Fred Hobbs is the Principal responsible for the Fund’s acquisition, underwriting and portfolio management. His background spans 26 years of mortgage origination, private-money lending and 20 years of loan servicing, giving him direct, first-hand experience managing notes through servicing, payoff negotiation and foreclosure proceedings.
